Until recently, due to post-pandemic restrictions and a commitment to maintaining an artisanal production model, Shureido operated under a very limited production policy, focusing primarily on supplying the Japanese domestic market. During this period, stock arriving in Europe did so irregularly, in small quantities and always by air — which significantly increased logistical costs.
