LEGAL TERMS – SHUREIDO NEW WAVE 3 WKF SET INTERNATIONAL GIVEAWAY

1. WHO IS ORGANISING THIS GIVEAWAY?

This giveaway is organised by Hajime Karate, official distributor of the Japanese brand Shureido, with registered address at C/ García Andreu, 26 – 03007 Alicante (Spain).

2. WHAT IS THE PRIZE?

The prize is an official SHUREIDO New Wave 3 WKF competition set,, compuesto por:

🥋 1 pair of white Shureido New Wave 3 trousers, with official WKF label
🔴 1 jacket with red shoulder embroidery (aka)
🔵 1 jacket with blue shoulder embroidery (ao)

This karategi is approved by the World Karate Federation (WKF) and is highly regarded by top-level competitors for its design, comfort, and quality.

3. WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 16 and above from any country in the world.

Participants under the age of 16 must have explicit permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter and provide their personal data.
You can participate from any country in the world, but please note that Hajime Karate will only ship the prize to countries where the company ships.
The destinations available are:
- All EU countries.
- The following countries outside the EU: Andorra, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Monaco, Iceland, USA, Canada, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Israel and Kuwait, Canada, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Australia, New Zealand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Israel and Kuwait.*
  *If for reasons beyond the control of Hajime Karate the prize is not collected by the winner at customs or the winner does not pay the customs duties of his/her country, the company is not responsible for the situation and will not resend the prize to the winner and the gift will be considered lost.

To enter, just follow these steps:

Speak, show, perform, train, share your achievements or dreams – express yourself in your own way! It is also not necessary to wear a Shureido in your publication.

Use the hashtag #MyShureido
Fill in the [participation form], with your details and a direct link to your video post. See participation form

🔒 The Instagram profile used for the post must be public until the winner is announced.
🚫 Only one entry per person is allowed.
💡 IMPORTANT: Stories are not valid as entries. The video must be a permanent feed post. You can post a Story to help spread the word, but the official entry must be a feed post.

6. HOW WILL THE WINNER BE CHOSEN?

The main prize will be awarded via a random draw among all valid entries, using a reliable digital tool (such as Sortea2 or AppSorteos)..
The result will be announced on @hajime.karate and @shureido.spain and the winner will be contacted by email.

⏳ If the winner does not respond within 5 calendar days, a new winner will be selected.

7. SPECIAL MENTION FOR THE MOST CREATIVE ENTRY

In addition to the random draw, the Hajime Karate team will select one outstanding entry based on creativity, effort and impact. This content may be reshared on our social media or used in promotional materials (always crediting the author).

This recognition is independent of the main giveaway.

8. PRIZE DELIVERY

The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s address, provided it is located in one of the countries where Hajime Karate delivers.
No shipments will be made to countries outside of our delivery zones.
