Description

The kama is an Okinawan tool that originated with the Okinawan peasants. It is an agricultural tool (sickle handle) converted into a Kobudo weapon. It is said that the technique of Kama (Kamajutsu) was developed under the Ryukyu ban on possessing a weapon. It is a tool ready for both defence and attack, as it can slash or stab.

Made of first quality beech wood. The handle is studied so that it does not slip from the hand and has a good grip. Conical with a diameter from 24 mm to 29 mm. The total length: 38cm. Sanded by hand and applied a layer of flax oil. Very light, ideal for initiation in handling.
